Merchant’s Returns Policy

At Shopshive, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional customer service. We are pleased to offer a 7-day free return and exchange policy for all our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it free of charge within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

Should you wish to exchange your item, we will promptly process the exchange within 7 days upon receiving your returned item. Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, a shipping fee of $9 USD will be charged.

Return Process:

In the event you decide to return your item for a refund, please send it to our designated warehouse within 7 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card, as the timing may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately and provide a photo as evidence. We will prioritize your request and aim to resolve the issue within 3 working days. In such cases, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Damage:

Please note that we are unable to provide compensation or accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer themselves.

Shipping Fees:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the chosen express company. In cases where the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee.
